This creation is the perfect mixture of comfort and performance of the wooden window and the advantages of aluminum maintenance.
The aluminum profiles are applied to the window frame by means of holder clips made of plastic material and fixing screws, leaving a 3 to 5 mm air chamber between wood and aluminum to avoid the formation of condensation. These materials observe the highest European standards of resistance to atmospheric agents and the alterations they can cause. Varnishing is realized with the anodic oxidation method.
Its thickness allows a joint between struts and crosspieces with triple tenon and dowels. Frames are assembled using a system of triple profiles. Vinyl-based glues are used on the joints according to DIN 68602.

Gaskets are embedded in the aluminum frame profiles to avoid direct contact between aluminum and wood. Two more gaskets are applied on the strut between the fixed and the sliding sash in order to obtain a hermetic joint.
Performed in several phases: primer application by immersion with anti-mold and anti-parasitic treatment; sanding to make the surface perfectly smooth; final spray finishing.
